You might notice that we’re lacking a bit of greenery in some of the photos, we finished building in February 2025 but our place is ready to welcome you.
March 2025 is our soft launch month for the cabin while everything has a chance to grow, if you stay during this time you can expect a discount on your booking in exchange for a bit of feedback on your stay. We will be adding more photos as we get them so do come back to see what’s new.

Our unique lakeside cabin is tucked away in the heart of the untamed Welsh countryside, surrounded by enchanting ancient woodland.
A short drive from the renowned book town of Hay-on-Wye, this secluded retreat offers the ultimate escape—an invitation to unwind and reconnect with nature.
Our Story
From the very beginning of our building journey, our cabin was thoughtfully designed to frame the breathtaking countryside while providing a warm and luxurious retreat within.
The interior is intentionally simple, yet meticulously appointed with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Every furnishing and finish is of the highest standard, and where possible, we’ve collaborated with local artisans to bring our vision to life.
Carefully positioned to maximise both space and panoramic views, the cabin offers an unparalleled connection to nature. Step outside, and you’ll find yourself immersed in the wild—your own private lake and cascading waterfall await exploration, along with scenic walking trails just beyond your doorstep.
We invite you to fully embrace what we’ve built here - unwind in the ‘floating’ sauna, soak in the hand-carved outdoor stone bath, and curl up inside as you watch the world drift by.
